Refund policy
For unopened items the customer has three business days after receiving their order to request a reimbursement or exchange. If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service by email or phone as soon as possible. If your item was damaged during delivery please provide details and a picture of the item and send it to customerservice@hejratltd.com. After this time period, we will not be able to accept any returns or issue reimbursement for any of our products.
Unsealed items cannot be returned because of health and safety concerns regarding our product quality and handling. Once our packages are out of our hands we can no longer guarantee if the packaged has been tampered with. Our goal is to make sure our customers only receive the best tasting and freshest quality products that are safe and nutritious to consume by their families. However, if there are any issues with respect to the products quality and freshness please get in contact with us as we value you feedback.
